What is detected on this computer and the tasks you write down (New task… in the menu) land in the map below. Jumping from an entry to its application, what runs and what needs you, and the recent activity are the Activity control feature set.

Not placed with enough confidence yet. Drag a line where it belongs (or use ⇢): Personal Assistant learns from it.
Personal activities. Mark a branch 🔒 personal and it only appears when you press the button at the top (which keeps its last position, unless you tick "always open on pro only"); its time stays out of the % of your pro day, and it is never sent to Personal Assistant. Mark it ⦸ not measured and nothing under it is recorded any more.
Top threads and their sub-threads are what you work on (the folders your agents work in, your ChatGPT / Claude projects, the ones you create) and the ones you add here ("+ New thread"). The smallest threads are your AI conversations and the e-mails, documents and pages the window tracker sees you work on — titles only, never contents, and only once they got a minute of your attention (three for web pages). A leaf is attached to the branch whose vocabulary it shares (names, thread titles, prompts, what you moved there before), with a bonus when you were on one of the branch's threads just before or after; below the confidence bar it waits in Unsorted. The priority of a thread flows down to its sub-threads. Everything is computed on this machine from data/ai-events/*.jsonl; your corrections are events in the same log.
Everything on this page is computed on this machine from data/ai-events/*.jsonl. Assistants send the event name, the session id, the folder, a truncated prompt and the assistant's last message — never tool inputs, outputs or file contents. The window tracker and the browser extension only add seconds of attention per thread. Nothing is sent to the server unless a thread is set to sync to your timesheet, and then only "working on <company project>" start/stop notices.
The top of the work tree is your account's analytical plans (Personal activities, Projects, Customers…), the same here and in the web app. A source (a Claude or ChatGPT account read by the browser extension; Jira next) maps to a plan, and optionally to a project of that plan: its projects and conversations land there, either grouped in a thread named after the source or directly. A destination (Big data, Jira…) takes a plan, or a project of it: what is under it is exported there by Personal Assistant — this needs the Manager desk. The mappings are kept on this computer and, when you are signed in, shared with the web app.
Each toast has its switch. Switch off what gets in your way; switch on what you want more of. Toasts in quiet hours are kept in the list, not shown.
Wipes the activity recorded here (threads, documents, days, corrections, the projects read from your AI tools) and rebuilds an empty map. Nothing is deleted: the files move to a data/reset-<date> folder. Your account's analytical plans stay. Tick what to keep.

Priority. The slider on a line is the base (set there, or inherited from the thread above). On top of it the map raises a line that is getting pressing: a due date close compared to the effort left (the slack: working hours available before the date divided by the hours of effort — below 1 → +4, below 2 → +3, below 4 → +2, below 8 → +1; past the date → +5), "urgent" in the title (+2), an assistant blocked on you (+1). Never below the base, never above 10, and the reason is on the ⚡. Set the date and the effort with ◷ due on any line; a thread's date flows down to its sub-threads; a date found in the words ("deadline 30/10", "before Friday") is a hint (◷ … ?) until you confirm or clear it.
Lower-priority time. Every second you spend on a line while a line with a strictly higher priority waits for your input (an assistant blocked on a question or a permission, a finished turn, a reply received, a draft) is counted here, per line and against what was waiting. Nothing is counted on personal branches. The history is kept per day in data/focus-history.json.
Priority notification. When you work on a line of one thread while a line of another thread with a higher priority waits for you, a toast says so after the grace period, once, and not again about the same line before the cooldown.
Every window that had your attention for more than 5 seconds, with its title when its category is monitored (anonymous otherwise), the assistants' turns, questions and answers, your attention per thread, and the clues: commits, e-mails, calls, meetings. Everything comes from data/win-log.jsonl and data/ai-events/*.jsonl on this machine. Personal branches follow the button at the top; branches marked "not measured" appear as not monitored.
